Introduction
The 2025 International Conference on Higher Education, Arts, Psychology and Management Sciences (APMS 2025) will be held in France-Paris from March 5-6,2025. APMS 2025 Will provide a unique opportunity for economic, educational, social sciences and humanities and arts, psychology research professionals, scientists, engineers, educators, students, and researchers around the world to exchange scientific ideas, perspectives, and ideas with other researchers and participants. This conference will discuss some of the more relevant and state-of-the-art issues and topics covered by the Institute for Social Sciences, Education and Humanities. APMS 2025 Looking for original, high-impact research papers on all topics related to the development of economics, education, social sciences and humanities research. Papers will be reviewed and selected based on technical novelty, completeness of the analysis, and social impact and practical relevance. After the review process, all invited and submitted papers will be reviewed by two experts from the PC. After careful review, all accepted papers will be published by i International Journal of Social Sciences and Public Administration (IJSSPA) ISSN: 3005-9836 eISSN: 3005-9585 and will be retrieved by Google Academic / Crossref.
APMS 2025 will concentrate on advancing modern educational technology alongside social sciences while exploring their interrelationship to promote mutual progress.

The published papers will then be submitted to Google Scholar/Crossref/CPCI for indexing.
Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
We invite the submission of excellent papers and review them based on the specific requirements of each journal. Qualified submissions will be directly recommended for publication in journals indexed by the Science Citation Index (SCI), Science Citation Index Expanded (SCI-E), Social Science Citation Index (SSCI), and/or Arts & Humanities Citation Index (A&HCI).
